Classes based in Galway, in the West of Ireland. The focus of each class is to help nourish physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.

It is a calming space to nourish & strengthen one's own Health, community togetherness

& our connection with nature’s rhythms.

Mindfulness 

is the awareness of being present & grounded in one's own natural strength & calm.

Nature Movements / Qi Gong

are gentle, grounding movements focusing on breathing, mindfulness & the body’s energy.
