'Elements' relates to the elements of Nature, Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Metal. Qi Gong (pronounced Chee-Gong) nurtures the flow of these elements within, as on a cellular energetic level we are made up of this core elements. Qi means life force, and Gong means the skill of moving with this life force. Qi Gong is meditation and mindfulness through movement. We deeply connect and move with the rhythms of Nature.
