I spent hundreds of hours on the hockey pitch over the years. Training with hundreds of teammates, building strength and skills, and evolving through an eclectic hockey career. On the outside, I represented my school, club, province and country at all levels. On the inside, I fostered a furnace of creativity, resiliency, focus and determination. All of which I've poured into these videos and the book, as I pass on hockey skills and wisdom from over the years. Condensing my hockey career legacy of enjoyment and evolution through challenges. I complied the book called Roots Go Deep to further bring together these themes.
