Weekly Class

A weekly class of Mindfulness, Qi Gong & Flower Essences meditation in the bright and warm space of An Seomra Yoga. Classes focus on nourishing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health, connecting with nature's rhythms. The gentle deep stretching of Qi Gong is self healing and self empowering. 


Classes include wellbeing movements and Qi Gong and elements of Tai Chi, which is all similar to yoga postures. Qi Gong is the origin of Tai-Chi movements, with a focus on breath, movement and connecting with the deep strength within the body that support muscle and bone structure, the tendons. Mindful breathing techniques nourish the five main organs, the lungs, heart, liver, spleen and kidneys which pathway to all the other organs and function in the body. We connect with Nature and it's natural rhythms of life to nourish and balance our own inner natural rhythms... Healing, rebalancing and gently energising the space of our overall being and structure, our health. 


I integrate my background in Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Meditation, Mindfulness, Ogham Tree Essences, Bach Flower Essences, Australian Bush Flower Essences, physiotherapy studies, health sciences, sport and Sound Healing to offer a class suitable and welcome to everybody.

Self-care through mindful movement & aligning with the rhythms of nature from the inside out. 

In the deep relaxation part of the class, we meditate with Sound Healing, the Blue Lotus Flower Essential Oil and a healing flower essence to nourish the nervous system and take a deep, fulfilling, soul calming rest.
